Ivory Wedding Card

Hi Everyone

My card today is made entirely with spellbinders dies, and embossing folders to add a little bling I have added small crystals to the centre of the flowers.  The flowers are made with the Anemone dies and a border die was used to edge the inside of the card, for the main cutout and some of the flourishes I used Artisan tags and accents. The hearts used on the front of the card were the waste from the border punch.  Sue Wilson inspired me to make a card purely from dies, she makes fantastic cards.

Well bye for now

Word Card

Hi Everyone

This is another card from Polka Doodles Paper Boutique Vol 1. The work on this CD is very vibrant and although  most of my cards are usually either more muted or deeper colours I really am enjoying using the Boutique CD's.  Everything is from the CD except the paper brads for the centre of the flowers. Although the word and shadow have to be cut out it's quite an easy font to cut.  Well have finished with birthday's in the family for a while will get started on Easter cards soon.  See you soon.

Bouquet of Flowes

Hi everyone

Today's card is made using Polka Doodles Paper Boutique Vol 1.  Although I have thoroughly enjoyed making this card it has to be a labour of love and because it was for my daughter I didn't mind the work involved.  It is quite time consuming but the results were worth the effort.  I used the sheets provided and I am glad that I did, as colouring the flowers would have been a task and a half.
I uses Anita's 3D Clear Gloss Finish to give texture to the vase.

Cards on a Budget

Hi Everyone

Today's post will have four cards, the flowered backing shapes were all cut from one A4 sheet of paper and the flowers and backing for the shapes were all from one 12x12 piece of card.  This was a project from my stamping group and the cut out shapes were intended to make ten simple cards but I have made four cards from the elements with enough for another card .

All four cards have cost less than £1.50 to make, and I don't think they are lacking in content, do you?

Hope you like, bye for now.

Show some Love

Today's card is made with a stamp I have had in my stash for a long time and not used until this week, I really like the results.  The background is made from papers from Crafters Companion and the die is from XCut, I don't know where the flowers are from I have had them for quite some time.  The lady si coloured with Promarkers and I have added a bit of sparkle and some pearls.

I would like to enter this card in the following:

Polka doodles Week 5 Show Some Love.

Envelope Card

Hi

I have had a good couple of days crafting and this is the first of the cards I made.
Well thought I would try a new template from My Craft Studio Advanced Encyclopaedia which is crammed full of fantastic designs.
The large flower is made from Spellbinders Anemone die and a smaller die for the small flower on the front. The card with the large flower pulls out for you to write your message on.
The ribbon and card are from my stash.

Well have a good day and happy crafting.

Love
Shirley
